Reimbursement of up to ₹2 Lakhs for costs incurred in obtaining quality and product certifications (ISO, BIS, CE, NABL) by DPIIT-recognised Delhi startups under the Delhi Startup Policy 2022. DPIIT Recognition Certificate
Valid DPIIT Certificate of Recognition. Delhi Startup Cell verifies recognition status before processing any claim — recognition must have been active at the time the certification costs were incurred.
Tip: Download from startupindia.gov.in. Ensure recognition has not lapsed. Expired recognition cannot be backdated for claim eligibility.

Entity Incorporation Certificate
Certificate of Incorporation confirming Delhi registration or operations for the claiming entity.
Tip: If registered outside Delhi, provide evidence of Delhi operations (office lease, utility bill) — the policy targets Delhi-based startups.

Quality Certification Award Letter
Official certification award letter or certificate from the certifying body (ISO, BIS, CE, NABL, or other recognised certification). This is the primary evidence that the certification was obtained.
Tip: Attach the complete certificate with validity period and scope of certification. Provisional or in-progress certifications are not eligible — the full certificate must be in hand at time of claim.

CA Certificate — Certification Invoices and Payment Proofs
CA certificate summarising total eligible expenditure (certification body fees, audit costs, consultant fees), with original invoices attached and certified with UDIN.
Tip: All invoices must be in the startup entity name. Consultant fees must be from registered consulting firms with GST invoices. Personal payments for certification costs without formal invoices are not eligible.

Bank Account Details (Cancelled Cheque)
Cancelled cheque for entity current account for reimbursement.
Tip: Account must be in startup entity name matching DPIIT certificate.

Obtain the quality certification (ISO, BIS, CE, NABL, etc.) — retain all invoices and payment proofs from the certification body and any consultants used.

Register on the Delhi Startup Cell portal and navigate to the Quality Certification Reimbursement claim.Open portal

Submit the claim — reviewed and approved within 4–6 weeks. Track status on the portal.
