- —Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- —Use the platform for lawful purposes only

- —Not submit applications on behalf of businesses you are not authorised to represent
- —Comply with all applicable laws and the specific requirements of each government scheme
- —Notify us promptly if any information you have provided becomes inaccurate or outdated
AI-Powered Outputs
BenefitStack uses artificial intelligence and automated matching algorithms to assess eligibility and generate recommendations.
- —AI outputs are probabilistic estimates — not definitive eligibility determinations
- —The matching engine draws on publicly available scheme guidelines which may not reflect real-time policy changes
- —Document extraction uses AI to pre-fill profile fields — extracted values must be reviewed and confirmed by you before any submission
- —Eligibility scores, funding estimates, and readiness ratings are indicative only and do not constitute a professional opinion of any kind
No Guarantee of Outcomes
All eligibility assessments generated by BenefitStack are indicative only. Government approvals depend on:
- —Policy changes announced by relevant ministries or scheme administrators
- —Document verification and physical inspection by government authorities
- —Discretionary decisions made by scheme administrators
- —Budget availability, scheme-specific deadlines, and cohort capacity
CA Marketplace and Escrow
The BenefitStack marketplace connects users with independent Chartered Accountants. The following terms govern this relationship.
- —CAs on the platform are independent professionals — not employees, partners, or agents of Ventuno Technologies (P) Ltd.
- —Engagement terms, deliverables, and professional obligations are agreed directly between you and your assigned CA
- —BenefitStack facilitates the match, provides case-management tools, and holds the CA fee in escrow
- —When you purchase a CA-assisted or higher tier, the combined fee (platform component + CA professional component) is collected at checkout
- —The CA professional fee is held in escrow by BenefitStack and released to the CA upon the case reaching "Filed" status, confirmed by both parties
- —If the CA withdraws before initiating any work, the CA professional fee component is returned to you per the Refund Policy
- —Released CA fees — i.e., after "Filed" status is confirmed — are not refundable
- —CAs are verified against ICAI membership records before being approved on the platform
- —Performance is tracked via user ratings, SLA adherence, and outcome data
- —BenefitStack reserves the right to suspend CAs who violate platform standards, though this does not affect engagements already in progress
Partner and Incubator Portal
Incubators, accelerators, and business advisors may access the platform under a partner relationship.
- —Partners receive tokenised dashboard access to view their portfolio companies' assessments and scheme results
- —Portfolio companies consent to their partner's data access at the time of registration by accepting an invite link issued by that partner
- —Partners are bound by the same confidentiality and acceptable use obligations as individual users
- —Partner access does not grant the right to initiate payments, CA assignments, or applications on behalf of a portfolio company without that company's explicit authorisation
- —Partners must not export or share portfolio company data outside the permitted use cases agreed with BenefitStack
- —Consent to partner access may be withdrawn by the portfolio company at any time by contacting legal@benefitstack.in
Fees, GST, and Payments
- —The Free tier carries no charge for the eligibility report, scheme ranking, and document checklist
- —Paid tiers consist of a platform fee component (retained by BenefitStack) and, where applicable, a CA professional fee component (held in escrow for your CA)
- —Fees are fixed and clearly displayed before any transaction. No component is tied to grant or subsidy approval
- —BenefitStack does not charge success fees at any tier
- —All platform fees are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise
- —Applicable GST will be added at checkout and reflected on your invoice
- —You are independently responsible for any GST obligations arising from your engagement with your CA
- —Payments are processed through Razorpay. By transacting on the platform you also accept Razorpay's terms of service
- —BenefitStack does not store card or bank account details on its own servers
