Seed grant of up to ₹10L for IT, tech, and innovation-based startups registered in Puducherry. Administered by PIPDIC (Puducherry Industrial Promotion Development and Investment Corporation). Certificate of Incorporation or LLP Registration Certificate
Entity registration document — Certificate of Incorporation for Private Limited Companies, or LLP Registration Certificate for LLPs.

Valid Startup India Recognition Certificate issued by DPIIT, confirming the entity's registered startup status.
Tip: Download from startupindia.gov.in → Dashboard → Recognition Certificate. Ensure it has not expired.

Incubator Recommendation Letter
Formal letter of support issued by a recognized incubator (Government, Private Sector, or Academic) endorsing the startup and its MVP. Mandatory — self-apply route is not accepted for this scheme.
Tip: Must be on the incubator's official letterhead with an authorised signatory. The incubator must be recognized by the Government of Puducherry or a central body.

PAN Card of the Business Entity
Permanent Account Number card issued in the name of the registered business entity (not the founder's personal PAN).
Tip: Ensure the name on the PAN exactly matches the registered business name on the incorporation certificate.

Aadhaar Card of Founders/Directors
Aadhaar card copies for all founding directors or active partners, as part of KYC verification.
Tip: Masked Aadhaar (last 4 digits visible) is acceptable. Upload one document per founder/director.

PAN card copies for all founding directors or active partners, as part of KYC verification.
Tip: Upload individual PAN cards for each founder/director separately, in addition to the business entity PAN.

Detailed Project Proposal
Technical document outlining the business concept, operational domain, scaling roadmap, and market capability to generate employment.
Tip: Include market size analysis, technology stack, go-to-market strategy, and projected hiring plan. 10–20 pages recommended to cover all IEDC evaluation criteria.

Cancelled Cheque or Bank Account Statement
Cancelled cheque or active bank account statement in the registered name of the business entity, used to verify the account for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) disbursement.
Tip: Account must be in the company/LLP name, not a personal account. A pre-printed cancelled cheque is preferred.

Registered Partnership Deed
Required only for traditional partnership firms. Pvt Ltd and LLP entities should skip this.
Tip: Not applicable for Private Limited Companies or LLPs. Submit only if the entity is a registered partnership firm.

Caste/Community Certificate or Disability/Transgender Documentation
Proof of category entitlement for the higher monthly allowance of Rs 15,000. SC founders submit a Caste/Community Certificate; PH/Transgender founders submit relevant documentation.
Tip: Certificate must be issued by the competent authority (Tehsildar or equivalent). Submit only whichever is applicable.

Intellectual Property Certificates
Filed or granted Patent applications, Trademark registrations, or Copyright certificates owned by the startup, if any.
Tip: Optional but strengthens the application. Include the filing date and application number for patents/trademarks not yet granted.

Proof of Concept / MVP Validation
Evidence of MVP stage — MVP designs, functional application mockups, live website links, or initial sales invoices.
Tip: A live demo link or short video walkthrough is highly recommended. For physical products, include photographs and any pilot sale records.
