Caste Certificate
SC or ST caste certificate issued by an authorized government body for the proprietor, all partners, or directors. Required to verify SC/ST ownership status and eligibility.
Tip: Must be issued by the competent authority (Tehsildar, SDM, or equivalent). For partnerships and Pvt Ltd firms, submit certificates for all SC/ST promoters holding equity.

Udyam Registration Certificate
Active Udyam Registration Certificate proving Micro or Small enterprise status under the MSME Ministry.
Tip: Ensure the certificate is active and reflects current business activity and investment/turnover. Obtain or verify at udyamregistration.gov.in.

Business PAN Card
Enterprise PAN card for companies, LLPs, and partnership firms. Sole proprietors may submit their personal PAN card.
Tip: The name on the PAN must match the Udyam Registration. Individual proprietors can use their personal PAN.

Aadhaar Card
Aadhaar card of the primary promoter or authorized signatory, required for KYC and identity verification.
Tip: Masked Aadhaar (showing only last 4 digits) is acceptable for submission.

Proof of Ownership Structure
Documents proving SC/ST majority ownership: Registered Partnership Deed for partnership firms, or Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association (AoA) for Private Limited companies. Must demonstrate at least 51% SC/ST equity for non-proprietorship entities.
Tip: Proprietorships are exempt — sole SC/ST ownership is sufficient. For Pvt Ltd companies, the MoA and shareholder register should clearly show 51%+ SC/ST shareholding.

Bank Account Details
Cancelled cheque and bank mandate form from the firm's active current account, used for direct fund disbursement via PFMS.
Tip: Must be a current account in the business entity's name. Personal savings accounts are not accepted.

Bank Loan Sanction Letter
Conditional — required for SCLCSS Machinery Subsidy claims only. Bank sanction letter for the institutional loan used to purchase eligible plant and machinery.
Tip: Must be on bank letterhead and include the sanctioned amount and stated purpose. Submit alongside machinery invoices and DIC certificate.

Machinery Invoices
Conditional — required for SCLCSS Machinery Subsidy claims only. Original purchase invoices for machinery/equipment financed through the institutional loan.
Tip: Invoices must be in the business entity's name and correspond to items listed in the bank loan sanction letter.

DIC Release Certificate
Conditional — required for SCLCSS Machinery Subsidy claims only. Release certificate issued by the District Industries Centre (DIC) confirming the machinery subsidy application.
Tip: Obtain from your local District Industries Centre after filing the SCLCSS application. Required before the central subsidy can be disbursed.

Loan Processing Charge Receipts or PBG Debit Advices
Conditional — required for Bank Fees / PBG Reimbursement claims only. Bank-attested receipts for loan processing charges or Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) debit advices showing fees paid.
Tip: 80% of eligible fees reimbursed, up to Rs 1,00,000 per application. Receipts must be attested/stamped by the issuing bank.

Test Reports and Fee Receipts from NABL/BIS Laboratories
Conditional — required for Testing & Lab Certification reimbursement only. Original test reports and official fee receipts from NABL or BIS accredited laboratories.
Tip: 80% of testing fees are reimbursed up to Rs 1,00,000 per fiscal year. Fee receipts must clearly show the amount paid and the lab's NABL/BIS accreditation number.

Membership Certificates and Payment Receipts (GeM / MSME Mart / Export Councils)
Conditional — required for E-Commerce Portal Membership or Export Promotion reimbursement only. Valid membership certificates and fee payment receipts from GeM, MSME Mart, or Export Promotion Councils.
Tip: 80% reimbursement on portal membership fees — up to Rs 25,000 for GeM/MSME Mart and up to Rs 20,000 for Export Promotion Councils.
