Your CA profile

Your CA profile page at /ca/profile shows the information BenefitStack uses to match you with cases and the details visible to founders when you are assigned to their case.

What your profile shows

  • Firm name — the name of your CA practice
  • ICAI membership number — your verified ICAI number
  • Specialisations — the scheme categories you have declared expertise in
  • States — the states you have indicated you are willing to take cases in
  • Status — Active, Pending verification, or Suspended

How specialisations affect case matching

The marketplace only shows you cases that match at least one of your declared specialisations and are in one of your selected states. Broader specialisations mean more cases visible to you; narrower specialisations mean fewer but more targeted cases.

Updating your profile

To update your specialisations, states, or contact details, email support@benefitstack.in with your changes. Self-service profile editing will be available in a future release.

What founders see

When a founder's case is assigned to you, they can see your firm name and your specialisations. They cannot see your earnings history or the other cases you are working on. Your ICAI number is verified internally but not displayed publicly to founders.

Inactive or suspended accounts

If your account is suspended — for example due to a complaint or prolonged case delays — you will see a suspension notice on your dashboard and you will not appear in the marketplace. Contact support@benefitstack.in to discuss reinstatement.
