Your dashboard
Your dashboard is the central hub for everything in your BenefitStack account. It is accessible at /dashboard after signing in.
Your assessments
Every time you complete the eligibility assessment, the result is saved here as a card showing the date, the number of matched schemes, and the total potential value. Click any card to open that assessment's detail page with the full scheme breakdown.
Only the most recent assessment per company profile is shown by default. If your company's profile has changed — new revenue band, DPIIT recognition, Udyam registration — run a new assessment to get an updated list. Old assessments remain accessible from the detail page.
Profile health
A profile health card on the dashboard shows your current profile score out of 100 and the band you are in (Strong, Good, Partial, or Minimal). The card links directly to the profile completeness page where you can see exactly which actions would improve your score and unlock more accurate eligibility matches.
If your profile score is below 60, working through the profile gaps before pursuing applications significantly improves the quality of your results.
CA cases
If you have started any schemes through the CA-assisted track, their current status appears in a cases section on your dashboard. The five stages are:
- Assigned — A CA has been matched to your case and will be in touch shortly
- In review — Your CA is reviewing the documents you have provided and may request additional items
- Ready to file — Documents are complete and the application package is prepared. Review what will be submitted.
- Filed — The application has been submitted to the government portal. Your CA will provide the reference number.
- Outcome — The government has communicated a decision (approved, pending further review, or rejected)
Invite a CA
If you already have a CA you work with, you can invite them to join BenefitStack and handle your cases directly. Click Invite your CA on the dashboard, enter their email address, and they receive an invitation to apply for CA access. If they accept, they are preferentially matched to your cases.
Profile navigation
The top of the dashboard includes quick links to your profile sections — Edit, Vault, KYC, Founders, and Profile Health. Use these to jump directly to the section you want to update without going through the full profile menu.
Signing out
The Sign out button is in the navigation bar at the top. Signing out does not delete your data — everything is saved to your account and will be there when you sign back in.
