Your partner dashboard

Your partner dashboard at /partner/dashboard is organised into four tabs. Each tab is deep-linkable via a ?tab= query parameter, so you can bookmark or share a direct link to any section.

Overview tab

The Overview tab shows a summary across all three sections of your account:

  • Portfolio companies — total companies added, with a breakdown of how many have been scanned and how many have tracks set
  • Total value found — aggregate potential scheme value across your portfolio
  • Cohorts — number of cohorts you have created and total scans across them
  • Inbound pending — number of startup applications awaiting your review (visible only if your Inbound tab is active)

Each card links directly to the relevant tab.

Portfolio tab

The Portfolio tab shows every company you have added individually — via invite email or the "fill profile now" mode. For each company you can see:

  • Company name and invite email
  • Current status (Invited → Scanned → Track set → In progress → Done)
  • Recommended application track
  • Total potential scheme value and number of matched schemes
  • Compliance health — a colour-coded indicator for any post-approval obligations: a red dot with count means one or more milestones are overdue; an amber dot means a milestone is due within the next 30 days; a dash means all milestones are submitted or none exist yet

Click any company to open the company detail page, where you can view the full scheme breakdown by track and update the recommended track, status, and internal notes.

Click Export CSV to download a spreadsheet of your portfolio — useful for LP reports or internal tracking.

Cohorts tab

The Cohorts tab lists cohorts you have created, with stats for each: scans started, signed-up count, completion percentage, and total value. Click + New cohort to create one. Each cohort has a join link for startup self-onboarding and a dedicated detail page at /partner/cohorts/[id]. See Creating and managing cohorts for the full walkthrough.

Inbound tab

The Inbound tab shows startups that have emailed you their government benefits package directly from BenefitStack. This tab is only visible if BenefitStack has linked your partner account to an entry in the incubator registry — contact support@benefitstack.in to request the link. See Inbound startup applications for details.
