The case marketplace
The case marketplace is where founders who have chosen the CA-assisted track are waiting to be matched with a CA. New cases appear here as soon as a founder selects a scheme and chooses CA-assisted.
What a case contains
Each case in the marketplace shows:
- Scheme name — the government programme the founder wants to apply for
- Company profile summary — sector, stage, state, and annual revenue band
- Fixed fee — the amount BenefitStack will pay you when the case reaches Filed status
- Date posted — how long the case has been open
The founder's name and company name are not visible until you claim the case.
Claiming a case
- Open the Marketplace tab on your CA dashboard.
- Review the available cases. Cases outside your declared specialisations or states are not shown.
- Click Claim case on a case you want to take on.
- The case moves to your My Cases tab immediately and the founder is notified that a CA has been assigned.
You can claim multiple cases simultaneously. There is no hard cap, but BenefitStack monitors case progress and may limit new claims if existing cases are significantly delayed.
After claiming
Once you claim a case you can see the founder's full company profile and contact details. Reach out to them to introduce yourself and request any additional documents you need. See Managing a case for the full workflow from here.
Cases filtered to your profile
The marketplace only shows cases that match your declared specialisations and states. If you want to see more cases, update your specialisations in your CA profile.
